This service is exclusively for Phase owners who are out of warranty, have sent their defective Remote to our support team, and have received prior validation for replacement. If you purchase this service without support validation, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Once your defective Remote is received, our team will repair and fully refurbish it. We replace the casing, internal components, and battery to ensure optimal performance. Your Remote is then thoroughly tested, restored to like-new condition, and shipped back to you from our office in France for free.
Shipping costs are fully covered — both for sending your defective Remote to us and for receiving the refurbished unit.
