This service is exclusively for Phase owners who are out of warranty, have contacted our support team, and have received prior validation for replacement. If you purchase this service without support validation, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Once your defective product is received, our team will replace it, and ship it back to you from our office in France for free.
Shipping costs are fully covered — both for sending your defective product to us and for receiving the new unit.
